Description:

The Bulk Image Editor is a Windows program developed by me in .NET using C#.
The system objective is to allow the user to modify a huge quantity of images in the same way.
The user can choose an area inside the image at pixel level and can choose a color that will cover that part inside the images.
The user can choose a color from the image or by the color picker.
